My Story
When I was a senior in high school, I felt the pressure of choosing the “right” college and mapping out my future. I ultimately made the decision to move across the country to attend San Diego State University, where I studied environmental engineering. Throughout my journey, I discovered that independence, self-motivation, and curiosity were key to my growth. I was intentional about getting involved on campus, prioritizing academics, and building strong relationships with peers, faculty, and professionals. I also learned to navigate real-world challenges—managing finances, adapting to new environments, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Today, I work as a Civil Engineer in Southern California. My experience has taught me that success is built by breaking big goals into manageable steps and committing to steady, consistent effort. My path didn’t unfold overnight—it was shaped by personal growth and a commitment to steady progress—and now I strive to support others in achieving the same.
My Vision
Through reflecting on the experiences of my peers, family, friends, and my own journey, I’ve come to believe that everyone holds incredible potential—it just needs to be nurtured and directed. Many young adults see the idea of advancing their lives as overwhelming or intimidating, which can lead to procrastination or a lack of urgency. What I’ve learned is that future goals should be pursued consistently, not postponed. The hardest part is often just getting started—then comes building consistency, staying motivated, and developing determination. These are exactly the areas I’m here to support others with.
